We are an early-stage investor (pre-series A) for photonic and deep tech companies. We invest across Europe with tickets up to 1,5 mln €. We brings hands-on business approach and possible follow-on investment from our LP of up to €10mln. We invest in IP driven, pre-revenue projects with developed technology (demonstrator / prototype) at the level of min. TRL4/5. We seek outstanding, scalable technology that solves an identified, existing problem or changes the status quo. We are a fully private VC with 2 LPs (Warsaw Equity Group + Vigo Photonics)
