Miguel Torroja is a Principal GNSS Software Engineer working at Broadcom for more than ten years. He has been involved in many different phases of the development of the GNSS chips: Android and Linux drivers, signal processing in the receiver and positioning engine.

His most recent work in GNSS was with dual frequency and carrier phase algorithms for the 4775x family chip and he is currently working in the tight integration of sensors with the GNSS solution. Miguel is also an enthusiast of open source for more than 20 years.

Moisés Navarro-Gallardo has been involved in the several projects with ESA and GSA working on the research of signal processing techniques for GNSS signals. He has been working in ESA Navigation Receiver laboratories supporting Galileo program during the IOT and IOV phases and several projects related to Galileo and GNSS receivers. 

Currently he is the technical coordinator of the User Segment Support Team within the Galileo Support Project working for GSA carrying on several Galileo testing campaigns. He is member of the GSA GNSS Raw measurement Task Force.

Dr Lukasz Bonenberg is a Research Fellow at the University of Nottingham working on precise and mass market navigation, sensor fusion and positioning resilience. He has 15 years of experience in industry (precise positioning and engineering), research and teaching. Some of his code can be found at Github (DfAC). 

Lukasz is a Corporate Member of Chartered Institute of Civil Engineering Surveyors, member of the Institute of Navigation (ION) and the GSA GNSS Raw measurement Task Force.

Prof. Dr. Roland Wagner studied aerospace engineering with Control and Computer Science in Stuttgart, Paris and Vancouver. He specialized in Spatial Data Infrastructures in his doctorate at the Fraunhofer Institute for Software and System Engineering in Berlin, Dortmund and also at the Chinese Academy of Science (CAS), Institute for Computing (ICT) Beijing. Later he was appointed for a professorship in Berlin in 2008 and started to support the Android Community with #droidcon and the GeoIT community with #GeoIT. The Association for Geoinformatics, GeoIT and Navigation e.V. (GeoIT.org) voted him for president in 2015. He is member of the jury of the startup up award “Digital Innovations” of the German Federal Ministry for Economics and program chair of the GeoIT Wherecamp conferences and GeoIT Talks. He encouraged the GNSS raw data working group of GSA.

In 2018 and 2019 Roland Wagner was appointed as visiting professor at the University of Tokyo at the Center for Spatial Information Science (CSIS) of the Institute for Industrial Science (IIS) and focused on autonomous driving.
