Steve Lee is the Chief Executive Officer of Astrosat, an Astronautics and Earth observation company. A proven innovator and entrepreneur, Steve is also an award-winning Astrophysicist and Astronautical Engineer. Through his leadership Astrosat is paving the way for Space solutions using innovation to solve global challenges.
Kristina Nikolaus is Co-Founder and CEO of OKAPI:Orbits, which develops software for collision avoidance and space traffic management. Since co-founding the company in 2018, she has led its growth in orbital analytics and sustainable space operations, combining industrial engineering and business administration expertise with startup-scaling experience.
Franck Perrin leads space-development activities at Thales, with longstanding expertise in cybersecurity for satellite systems. He has shaped strategic cybersecurity roadmaps and security offerings for space programmes, drawing on earlier leadership roles in managed security services, critical infrastructure and high-availability systems.
Dr Julie Letertre-Danczak is an expert in physics for environement with a PhD on Physic and Chemistry of Atmosphere.

Ingo Baumann is a co-founding partner of BHO Legal, a boutique space and technology law. With more than 20 years of professional experience, Dr Baumann is an expert advisor in the geospatial, R&D and defence sectors. He is a member of various professional organisations such as the International Institute of Space Law

Waldemar Franczak is a co-creator and CEO of Spectator.Earth, a platform to speed up the process of bringing satellite image-based intelligence to everyone’s everyday life. After a master's degree in Computer Vision and Robotics, Waldemar moved to the Satellite Earth Observation industry. He is a former stagiaire at ESA Advanced Concepts Team and Head of Technology at the award-winning Earth Observation company Astrosat.
César Carmona is Principal at Novaspace and Founder of C3 Space, specialising in secure satellite communications, cybersecurity and resilient aerospace systems. His experience spans secure-by-design architecture, programme leadership and complex communication infrastructure, including senior roles at Airbus Defence and Space, OHB and EUMETSAT.
Alix Rousselière is a Senior Consultant at Novaspace, specialising in satellite ground-segment strategy and market intelligence. She leads the Ground Segment Market Prospects report and has advised satellite operators, equipment manufacturers and space agencies. Her previous experience includes roles with Thales and France’s Permanent Representation to NATO.
Norbert Frischauf is a Chief Technologist at SpaceTec Partners with more than 13 years of management consulting experience. Norbert is a science journalist at the Austrian National television and technology strategist in EC, EUSPA, GJU, and ESA. He has a scientific and technological background ranging from high energy physics, IT, aviation, and aerospace to space systems engineering.
