Gil Lizcano is an expert in climate modelling with experience in the management and commercialization of large projects. Gil has led Vortex’s innovation strategy when he is a current partner. He is the driving force behind the Climate Scale idea in 2019 and is now a founding partner of CS.
Sven Przywarra is a co-founder of LiveEO. Sven is leading a team of more than 90 people working on bringing the insights of earth observation to utility enterprises. He is convinced that earth observation will have a positive impact on every major industry within the next 10 years.
Frank de Jong is a tech enthusiast with over 30 years of experience as a hard- and software developer, and project manager. Frank has been a Business Innovation consultant at Orange for several years, leading the Smart Industry practice. He is now working as a Tech Evangelist and Program Director of Edge Computing in the CTO office of Orange.
Having worked at Verhaert for more than 25 years, Dany Robbrecht focuses on strategic innovation: this includes value and business model engineering and value proposition design, as well as strategic product, design and (open) innovation management in a B2B, B2C and the public context.
Elena Megias has more than 15 years of experience in the design and implementation of web and desktop applications and services. Elena works at the European GNSS Service Centre and supports EUSPA in future Galileo Services development. She has a geodesy and cartography degree.
Christian Thaler-Wolski is a start-up advisor to early and growth-stage entrepreneurs. After years of working with VC firms in Europe investing in and advising B2B SaaS founders, he is now focused on space technology. Christian has served as a speaker, panellist, mentor, and advisor for numerous start-up organizations and events.
Guerric de Crombrugghe is an enthusiastic and self-driven expert in aerospace, including aeroplanes, drones, rockets, satellites, and their applications, with an emphasis on company growth and innovation. He launched ScanWorld, a hyperspectral images and analytics company, in 2020. He now works as Chief Product Officer at ConstellR with the goal of creating a European champion in satellite photography for agriculture.
Martin Giese is a startup coach and active business angel in leading incubators. He regularly lectures on fundraising negotiations, entrepreneurial leadership and business model incubation in leading academic programs.He is author of two guidebooks for startups on startup fundraising and B2B sales.
Maria Gross is driven by change. She studied non-profit management and started her career at Daimler. Maria worked for different accelerators & incubators. She joined GERMANTECH as the Managing Director where she loves bringing together diverse stakeholders to learn from each other and work on a sustainable future.
Alina Hriscu is an EGNSS security expert at EUSPA. Alina has a PhD in physics with a focus on nanocircuits for quantum computers and sensing devices. She worked at ESA and EUSOA in market development promoting EGNSS for SMEs such as in the Fundamental Elements funding programme.

Senior consultant with 10+ years of experience in the defence and technology sector across public organisations and global IT and defence providers. She specialises in designing and implementing quality management systems for defence programmes, ensuring compliance with standards and improving operational processes.

He began his career at Thales Alenia Space as a spectrum manager.

He has supported hundreds of teams through EU programmes and initiatives, helping early-stage startups move from idea to investable venture. Over the past decade, he has led innovation and community programmes at WeWork, Founder Institute, and EIT, supporting more than 10,000 founders. He also helped launch Bolt and WeWork in the CEE region and is currently pursuing a PhD on startup ecosystems, founder mobility, and coworking spaces.
