Norbert Frischauf is a Chief Technologist at SpaceTec Partners with more than 13 years of management consulting experience. Norbert is a science journalist at the Austrian National television and technology strategist in EC, EUSPA, GJU, and ESA. He has a scientific and technological background ranging from high energy physics, IT, aviation, and aerospace to space systems engineering.
César Carmona is Principal at Novaspace and Founder of C3 Space, specialising in secure satellite communications, cybersecurity and resilient aerospace systems. His experience spans secure-by-design architecture, programme leadership and complex communication infrastructure, including senior roles at Airbus Defence and Space, OHB and EUMETSAT.
Isabella Poldrugo is Deputy Head of Unit for Space Policy at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Defence Industry and Space. She helps shape coherent EU space policy, regulatory frameworks and a globally competitive space ecosystem. Her earlier career includes a decade advising Members of the European Parliament on energy, industry and trade.
Kristina Nikolaus is Co-Founder and CEO of OKAPI:Orbits, which develops software for collision avoidance and space traffic management. Since co-founding the company in 2018, she has led its growth in orbital analytics and sustainable space operations, combining industrial engineering and business administration expertise with startup-scaling experience.
Christian Thaler-Wolski is a start-up advisor to early and growth-stage entrepreneurs. After years of working with VC firms in Europe investing in and advising B2B SaaS founders, he is now focused on space technology. Christian has served as a speaker, panellist, mentor, and advisor for numerous start-up organizations and events.
Fiammetta Diani is Head of Market, Downstream and Innovation at EUSPA, leading a 30-person team that connects EU space services with industry, entrepreneurs and public institutions. With over two decades of experience in space systems, market development and business development, she advances user-driven GNSS and Earth observation applications across Europe.
Ginny Radmall is a start-up coach providing personalised group coaching, 1-1’s and online training. She has worked with some of the biggest tech companies in the world such as Microsoft, Google and Salesforce. Her start-up experience extends to Accelerator Programmes such as Techstars, Google for Startups, and others.
Philip Lüghausen is an expert in data and data protection law. Dr Lüghausen places particular emphasis on scientific and commercial research and development, in particular, clinical and non-clinical research projects on pharmaceuticals and medical devices. His other areas of practice include IT law, e-commerce law, competition law and intellectual and industrial property law. He works for both, SMEs and multinational companies
Elena Vellutini is a Project Engineer at the Italian Space Agency, specialising in mission design, trajectory optimisation and space-debris environments. Her work supports Italy’s contribution to international debris coordination and European space-surveillance initiatives, following earlier experience in guidance, navigation and control for Vega launcher missions.
