Dr Lüghausen places particular emphasis on scientific and commercial research and development, in particular, clinical and non-clinical research projects on pharmaceuticals and medical devices. His other areas of practice include IT law, e-commerce law, competition law and intellectual and industrial property law. He works for both, SMEs and multinational companies
Dushinka Karani is an expert in marketing, communications, innovation, sales, and trade marketing. Dushinka worked as a Marketing Director for multinational companies, and she is now the Global Marketing Director at FundigBox. She helps SMEs and start-ups in shaping and scaling their tech solutions.
Alina Hriscu is an EGNSS security expert at EUSPA. Alina has a PhD in physics with a focus on nanocircuits for quantum computers and sensing devices. She worked at ESA and EUSOA in market development promoting EGNSS for SMEs such as in the Fundamental Elements funding programme.
Martin Giese is a startup coach and active business angel in leading incubators. He regularly lectures on fundraising negotiations, entrepreneurial leadership and business model incubation in leading academic programs.He is author of two guidebooks for startups on startup fundraising and B2B sales.
Ingo Baumann is a co-founding partner of BHO Legal, a boutique space and technology law. With more than 20 years of professional experience, Dr Baumann is an expert advisor in the geospatial, R&D and defence sectors. He is a member of various professional organisations such as the International Institute of Space Law
Thomas Tanghe is one of the Partners at SpaceTec Partners, with over 10 years of experience in consulting, leading the innovation advisory practice. He is author of several reports about access to finance, innovation financing and alternative financing of the space industry.

Vincent-Henri Peuch is the Director of the Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service at ECMWF. Vincent-Henri has a background as a scientist working on topics related to atmospheric composition and especially air quality. He is a member of several international scientific committees including the world meteorological organisation.
Gil Lizcano is an expert in climate modelling with experience in the management and commercialization of large projects. Gil has led Vortex’s innovation strategy when he is a current partner. He is the driving force behind the Climate Scale idea in 2019 and is now a founding partner of CS.

Yes, there is no requirement as such for participation in the EU Space Academy Learning Platform. Although the course is aimed at entrepreneurs within the space sector, the lessons are designed so any interested person regardless of their background can find modules of interest.
