EUSPA is developing a unique platform dedicated to Galileo operational infrastructure (EmeRgency Alerting System (ERAS)

EUSPA has published a new public procurement for a Galileo operational infrastructure (EmeRgency Alerting System (ERAS) ) involved in the subsequent delivery of the Galileo Emergency Warning Satellite Service (EWSS), SAR Remote Beacon Activation (RBA), SAR Two-Way Communications (TWC) and Return Link Service Provider Infrastructure.

The purpose of the call is the development and the deployment of an operational infrastructure for delivering access to new Galileo services.

The operational infrastructure will remain the single point of access for Galileo stakeholders, providing availability, integrity and reliability of the data. Additionally, AGILE development, reduced subcontracting scheme and classified contracting are expected.

This procurement offers the opportunity to leverage a successful European Commission STELLAR project, set up several instantiations for different services (EWSS, SAR/RBA, SAR/TWC, redundancy) and provide engineering support for the definition of the interface with Galileo.

To encourage the widest participation possible, the agency is organising an industry day to present all the procurement details on May 31 at 10:00 CEST, register for the webinar.

Deadline for submission to the call: Thursday, July 4, 2024 - 23:59 CEST.
