Join us for the 1st EUSPA Career Day 2026
Thinking about your next career move?
EUSPA Career Day 2026 is your chance to go behind the scenes at EUSPA, meet the people working across the Agency and find out how you could build a career contributing to the EU Space Programme.
This online event is open to recent graduates, students and professionals at any career stage. The event will be livestreamed with participants able to submit questions and join the discussion via the chat.
EUSPA brings together expertise from many fields, including security, law, communications, administration and other specialist areas alongside technical and operational roles. You do not need an engineering or space-specific background to take part.
Meet the people behind EUSPA
The programme will give participants a first-hand look at what it is like to work for EUSPA. Speakers will introduce the Agency and its career opportunities, while panel discussions with EUSPA staff from different departments will offer personal perspectives on their roles, career paths and experiences.
Several Q&A sessions with EUSPA staff and human resources (HR) representatives will also take place.
Get practical advice for your application
Career Day goes beyond introducing job opportunities.
EUSPA’s HR team will offer practical sessions on what happens once you decide to apply. Although participation in the event has no impact on selection decisions, it offers valuable guidance to help you navigate EUSPA’s highly competitive application process.
Find out how to read and understand a vacancy notice, complete an application effectively and prepare for an interview. You will also learn more about professional development opportunities, working conditions, teleworking and employee benefits at EUSPA.
And the conversation does not have to end with the programmed sessions: participants will be able to connect directly with EUSPA’s HR specialists through live chat and short individual conversations on 20 November. Register for the online event and stay tuned. One-to-one meetings with EUSPA representatives will be available to book soon.
A growing agency, a growing range of expertise
EUSPA is entering an ambitious new period. The Commission proposal foresees an increase in the Agency’s workforce by around one third, while its priorities will expand beyond Galileo and EGNOS to secure connectivity, space safety and security and the uptake of European space services. This growth will create exciting opportunities for people who want to take part in delivering secure, resilient, and innovative European space services.
Whether you are beginning, considering a career change or looking for your next professional challenge, EUSPA Career Day 2026 offers practical insights into the Agency, its people and its career opportunities.
