BEYOND - Building EGNSS capacity on EU neighboring multimodal domains

In order to support the competitiveness of EU industry trough identification of strategic partners and aiming to develop new market opportunities, BEYOND project is focused in European Eastern and Euromed countries. These countries represent an important potential market where to increase visibility and implementation of EGNSS applications among different multimodal sectors: especially aviation.

BEYOND’s main goals are:

1. Feed the growing interest towards EGNSS among the EU neighboring countries by promoting its use, and thus stimulating possible future investments in relation to EGNSS;
2. Prepare the neighbouring  countries and especially the ones involved in the project  towards an optimal adoption of EGNSS, by supporting the building of their capability and capacity and contributing to the enrichment of their know-how in relation to EGNSS;
3. Support networking and liaisons between EU and non-EU players (among different sectors and domains including: industry, institutions/authorities, research/academia/university – and communities - aviation and non-aviation), thus creating the basis for cooperation, and the establishment of relationships possibly evolving into business opportunities.
