Familiarise yourself with the tasks and responsibilities, and read the requirements carefully.
Submitting your application
Create your account in the EUSPA e-recruitment tool. See whether your application suits the eligibility criteria.
* Submit your application before the deadline to ensure it’s considered.

Assessment of applications
All eligible applications are scored. In case of many applicants, there might be pre-recorded interviews.
* Applications will be assessed within 2 to 5 weeks after the deadline.
Interview and written test
Selected candidates are invited for a written test and a live interview.
*Interviews and written tests are typically scheduled within 1 to 3 weeks after the assessment phase.

Interview with Appointing Authority
Candidates are invited for a 2nd interview with EUSPA’s Appointing Authority.
*The interview with the Appointing Authority usually takes place within 1 to 3 weeks after the previous stage.
Outcomes
The Appointing Authority decides on whom to offer the position, and establishes a reserve list. All candidates receive their outcome.

What about traineeships?
We provide university students, graduates and postgraduates with a hands-on experience on the EU Space Programme and the work of EU institutions.
As an EUSPA trainee, you will benefit from mentoring and connecting with fellow trainees and space professionals.
We currently offer two types of traineeships:
Regular paid traineeships (1,500 EUR per month, up to 12 months)
Short-term unpaid traineeship (up to three months)
