Olaf Otto

Olaf Otto joined EUSPA in August 2026 as the Head of Engineering.

Before joining the Agency, he held senior positions in industry and aerospace, amongst others leading program management, business development, strategy and technology development.

His most recent appointment was as President of Rolls-Royce Electrical, leading a 600-strong team in developing technology for advanced air mobility.

Olaf holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Master of Engineering and a Master of Arts (Cantab) from Cambridge University.
