Take the 2025 EGNSS User Satisfaction Survey
Every perspective matters
The survey is open to all user groups and market segments — from receiver manufacturers and integrators to application developers, researchers, and final users. Every perspective is important to ensure that EGNSS services are continuously adapted to real use cases and industry evolution.
We are particularly interested in understanding:
- How EGNOS and Galileo services meet the needs of different applications;
- How accessible and convenient our interfaces and tools are — including the helpdesk, websites, documentation, and user guidelines;
- How can we further improve the resources and support provided to users and developers, such as technical assistance, access to hardware and software, and help in integrating EGNSS into innovative solutions and commercial activities?
Learning from your feedback
Your feedback directly drives our actions. Every year, we analyse survey results and implement improvements to enhance user satisfaction and service quality.
The findings, together with user recommendations and EUSPA’s corresponding actions, are publicly available:
The 2025 survey results will be published next year, continuing our commitment to transparency and user-driven service evolution.
