Prior information notices and consultations

The purpose of this Preliminary Market Consultation is to acquire information regarding the interest of the industrial actors in provision of EGNOS V2 Hardware Maintenance and/or in EGNOS V3 Maintenance Services either in its full or partial scope as described in the Appendices of this Market Consultation.

The objective of this procurement is the provision of COTS spares and consumable items for GSMC operational assets, including related product.

The objective of this procurement procedure is to conclude a Contract for the development, deployment, qualification and support to accreditation of the Multi-Component Security Monitoring System (“MC SECMON”), based on a pre-existing SECMON development baseline, as relevant. Indicative scope: Through the creation of an EU Platform for Space Traffic Coordination, the initiative should seek to structure, secure and expand coordination between satellite operators, public entities and commercial SSA providers, building on existing services developed under EU Space Surveillance and Tracking (EU SST). Procurement aiming to conclude a FWC for the provision of guarding and front desk services at EUSPA HQ

The purpose of this Request for Information is to gather data on available solutions for:

• Part (A): Space-based GNSS RFI monitoring services, technologies and their providers.

• Part (B): Space-based GNSS RFI monitoring payloads (to be hosted in EU constellations for an EU-owned service) and their manufacturers.

  It is important to note that Part (A) (focused on a full-service solution) and Part (B) (focused on payloads and system-level capabilities) are independent from each other. 

With this Prior Information Notice (PIN) EUSPA informs economic operators of its intention to launch a procurement procedure to award a Framework Contract for the provision of services/supplies as further indicated in the PIN below. 

EUSPA is looking to award Framework Contracts (FWC) for its premises in the Czech Republic and Spain on the provision of stationery, office supplies and office related consumables. The supplies might be requested to be provided per individual product and/or as packages via and as per the contractor's catalogue.

Two Lots are expected to produce two separate FWCs: one for the Czech Republic, and one for Spain (interinstitutional, with EU-OSHA and the Representation of the European Commission in Spain as participating entities).
