Call for Expression of Interest to join EUSPA’s EU Space Pavilion at ENLIT Europe 2026
EUSPA is inviting companies developing innovative space-enabled solutions within the energy sector to express their interest in participating at the Enlit Europe 2026 event attending the EU Space for Energy Pavilion. The event will take place in Vienna, Austria, from 10 to 12 November 2026.
EUSPA intends to support interested companies which meet the eligibility requirements set out in this call for expression of interest (the “Call”) by providing access to and the possibility of benefiting from exhibition space and pavilion infrastructure provided by EUSPA to Participants at no cost, subject to the conditions of the Call and the available capacity of the pavilion.
Test Vector Generators’ (TVG) corrective and evolutive maintenance
The objective of this procurement procedure is to conclude a Framework Contract for the maintenance of the Public Regulated Service (PRS) Test Vector Generators (TVG). The TVG is a tool (hardware and software) used to generate PRS Test Vectors for User Segment (US) in order to validate PRS US equipment (e.g. PRS Receivers and PRS Security Modules). So far, three (3) TVG units have been procured by EUSPA: two are currently deployed in Italy and one in France. For the purpose of the Contract to be awarded, ‘maintenance’ shall cover both:
- corrective maintenance (i.e. resolving defects as raised by EUSPA); and
- evolutive maintenance (i.e. implementing updates as driven by the needs of the Galileo Programme).

EUSPA/MC/24/26 - EGNOS V2 Hardware Maintenance / EGNOS V3 Maintenance
The purpose of this Preliminary Market Consultation is to acquire information regarding the interest of the industrial actors in provision of EGNOS V2 Hardware Maintenance and/or in EGNOS V3 Maintenance Services either in its full or partial scope as described in the Appendices of this Market Consultation.
EUSPA/OP/12/26 - Personal Microwave Security Scanners
The scope of the current procurement is the supply and installation of personal microwave security scanners. Security scanners are aimed to be used in a data centre environment and as such should contribute to prevent attacks such as sabotage and data theft. The selected contractor shall provide the supply, installation, commissioning, training, and maintenance support for long-term operation. The scanners shall be supplied to the following locations: St Germain-en-Laye (GSMC – France) and San Martin de la Vega, Madrid (GSMC – Spain). Two scanners are foreseen to be bought upon the contract signature, and two additional ones throughout the contract duration in case the estimated need will be confirmed.
EUSPA/OP/18/26 - Provision of Interim Workers to EUSPA
The objective of this procurement procedure (EUSPA/OP/18/26) is to conclude multiple Framework Contracts in cascade with maximum two (2) Contractors for the provision of interim workers to EUSPA as a user, at EUSPA HQ. The subject matter of this procurement procedure is the provision of interim workers to carry out various clerical, secretarial tasks, office management and other equivalent tasks, performed under the supervision of staff in EUSPA HQ in Prague under Czech law.
EUSPA/NP/28/25 - Emergency Management tool – Field Response Component (FRC)
The planned procurement is aimed at the conclusion of a direct contract for the development of the Field Response Component (FCC) of a Galileo emergency management tool.

EUSPA/NP/27/25 - Emergency Management tool - Operational Centre Component (OCC)
The planned procurement is aimed at the conclusion of a direct contract for the development of the Operational Centre Component (OCC) of a Galileo emergency management tool.

EUSPA/OP/19/26 - Administrative support services to EUSPA
The objective of this procurement procedure is to conclude multiple Framework Contracts in cascade for the provision of unclassified administrative support services to be delivered from contractor’s premises (Lot 1) and classified administrative support services (entailing management of EU classified Information (EUCI)) to be delivered at EUSPA’s HQ and other offices (Lot 2).

EGNOS maritime receiver implementing IEC 61108-7 standard
This Call for Proposals aims at designing, developing, testing, certifying and demonstrating an EGNOS based receiver, fulfilling the requirements defined in the IEC 61108-7 standard, suitable to be embedded within the vessel navigation equipment in order to fully use the ESMAS service.

Receiver box for PRS civilian applications
This call for proposal aims to boost the EU industry competitiveness in the highly strategic domain of authorized, civilian PNT and to foster the equipment of authorized users with the Galileo PRS capacity.
Corrigendum no.1 has been published on 01/07/2026, extending the deadline for submission until 31/07/2026. The Call for Proposals updated following Corrigendum no.1 reflects this updated timeline.

Pavement repair works at the Galileo Reference Centre (GRC) in the Netherlands
The subject of the present procedure is the repair of pavement adjacent to the GRC building.
