EUSPA/OP/17/24 - EGNSS Service Demonstrator
The objective of this procurement procedure EUSPA/OP/17/24 is to procure a centralised and modular platform for the demonstration of new and enhanced end-to-end European Union Space (EU Space) services and in particular European GNSS (EGNSS) services, EGNOS and Galileo, but also Copernicus and GOVSATCOM/IRIS2.

Attention is raised to the fact that some documents shall be made available to the Tenderers subject to entering into a non-disclosure undertaking (NDU), as further specified in Section 1.7 of the Tender Specifications. The deadline for submission of the NDU, as indicated in section 1.6 of the Tender Specifications, is set on 02 May 2025.

Make it with Space Procurement
The scope of the Make it With Space procurement is the award and signature of multiple FWCs for services with reopening of competition for the provision of services to EUSPA related to the European downstream market solutions based on space data, products and services.
Provision of Catering Services to EUSPA HQ
The scope of this procurement procedure is to award and sign a multiple framework contract for the provision of catering services at EUSPA HQ in cascade with maximum 3 (three) Contractors.

EUSPA/OP/29/24 - EUSPA Integrated Communication Services
The scope of the Framework Contract (FWC) to be awarded with the procedure will include Editorial, Web, Graphics, Multimedia, and Public and Media Outreach activities focusing on EU Space. The FWC, which is envisaged to be an interinstitutional multiple FWC in cascade with maximum 3 contractors and the EUSPA as well as the European Commission acting as cocontracting authorities, will encompass a wide range of services aimed at supporting communication activities related to EU Space, including professional editorial work, the development and management of web content and websites, creative graphic design including digital approach, the production of multimedia materials, and strategic public and media outreach initiatives.
EVENT AND EUSPA-OP-31-24 EXHIBITION ORGANISATION, MATERIALS AND SUPPORT SERVICES
The scope of this procurement procedure is to award and sign a Framework Contract (FWC) for the Provision of services such as Exhibition organisation, Materials and Support services.
Galileo Service Operator II (GSOp II)
The scope of this procurement procedure is to award and sign a Framework Contract (FWC) for the performance of Galileo Service Operations, in order to ensure the provision of the Galileo Services for the period 2027-2036.

Penetration Testing Support Services
The scope of the framework contract to be signed as a result of this procurement is the provision of security assurance support to the Agency's Security Accreditation Board's Secretariat pertaining to the execution of penetration testing activities. The framework contract will be implemented only in the event that the contractor of the ongoing incumbent contract EUSPA/OP/01/23 is unable to deliver services according to the requirements of the incumbent contract or if the latter needs to be suspended or terminated for other reasons.

EUSPA/OP/25/24 - OPERATIONAL IT ASSETS FOR EUSPA SOM/GSMCs
The objective of this procurement is the provision of ICT spares and consumable assets for the EUSPA’s Galileo Security Monitoring Centres (GSMCs) based in France and in Spain.
Supply and installation of hardware shredders
The general aim of the framework contract to be signed as a result of this procurement is the supply and installation of hardware shredders in multiple locations: EUSPA offices in Prague (EUSPA HQ), St Germain (GSMC – France), Madrid (GSMC – Spain).
