Test Vector Generators’ (TVG) corrective and evolutive maintenance
The objective of this procurement procedure is to conclude a Framework Contract for the maintenance of the Public Regulated Service (PRS) Test Vector Generators (TVG). The TVG is a tool (hardware and software) used to generate PRS Test Vectors for User Segment (US) in order to validate PRS US equipment (e.g. PRS Receivers and PRS Security Modules). So far, three (3) TVG units have been procured by EUSPA: two are currently deployed in Italy and one in France. For the purpose of the Contract to be awarded, ‘maintenance’ shall cover both:
- corrective maintenance (i.e. resolving defects as raised by EUSPA); and
- evolutive maintenance (i.e. implementing updates as driven by the needs of the Galileo Programme).

EUSPA/OP/12/26 - Personal Microwave Security Scanners
The scope of the current procurement is the supply and installation of personal microwave security scanners. Security scanners are aimed to be used in a data centre environment and as such should contribute to prevent attacks such as sabotage and data theft. The selected contractor shall provide the supply, installation, commissioning, training, and maintenance support for long-term operation. The scanners shall be supplied to the following locations: St Germain-en-Laye (GSMC – France) and San Martin de la Vega, Madrid (GSMC – Spain). Two scanners are foreseen to be bought upon the contract signature, and two additional ones throughout the contract duration in case the estimated need will be confirmed.
EUSPA/OP/19/26 - Administrative support services to EUSPA
The objective of this procurement procedure is to conclude multiple Framework Contracts in cascade for the provision of unclassified administrative support services to be delivered from contractor’s premises (Lot 1) and classified administrative support services (entailing management of EU classified Information (EUCI)) to be delivered at EUSPA’s HQ and other offices (Lot 2).

EGNOS maritime receiver implementing IEC 61108-7 standard
This Call for Proposals aims at designing, developing, testing, certifying and demonstrating an EGNOS based receiver, fulfilling the requirements defined in the IEC 61108-7 standard, suitable to be embedded within the vessel navigation equipment in order to fully use the ESMAS service.

Call for experts
Interested candidates are informed that the list of experts created under the previous EUSPA Call for Experts (ref. GSA/CI/07/21) is valid, for the purposes of signing expert contracts, until 10 March 2026.
Starting from the day after the mentioned date, when and if needed the Agency will use the new list established under the advertised Call for Experts (EUSPA-CEI-03-26) according to the terms and the conditions defined in the Call.
