Procurement

The objective of this procurement is the provision of mobile telephony services to EUSPA in the area of voice, SMS and data in the Czech Republic, in the period from 2025 until 2029, i.e. phone numbers with services associated to them, to be used by EUSPA staff members on their mobile phones. These services are to include a voice plan (allowing to place/receive calls with no limitation), a data plan (to allow access to internet), and sending/receiving SMS. Some of the numbers should allow data-only communications, to be used on tablets, laptops or similar devices, allocation of mobile data for internet connection from tablets, laptops, IoT devices or similar. All described services are to be provided via physical or virtual SIM (e-SIM). Number of current phone lines is approximately 140, while a potential growth in number of lines requested is foreseen.

This procurement concerns the provision to EUSPA of pick-up and delivery services (within 1 or 5 business days) of mail and parcels (from < 1 up to 30 kg and oversized over 30 kg) from any EU Member State to any EU Member State or to any other European or global destination. 

The aforementioned services shall include the packaging, shipment and insurance of documents, non-documents, non-dangerous goods, dangerous goods in limited quantities and dangerous good in excepted quantities.

The contract was awarded to DHL Express (Czech Republic) s.r.o. [see Contract Award Notice (CAN)].

The scope of the contract to be signed as a result of this procurement (EmeRgency Alerting System - ERAS) is the development, deployment and support to entry to operations of a new Galileo infrastructure involved for the subsequent delivery of the Galileo Emergency Warning Satellite Service (EWSS), SAR Remote Beacon Activation (RBA) and SAR Two-Way Communications (TWC).

The scope of procurement procedure EUSPA/OP/17/23 includes the design, development, installation, qualification, support to accreditation, acceptance, and maintenance of the High Accuracy Data Generator (HADG) Infrastructure for the Galileo High Accuracy Service (HAS) Phase 2 as well as HAS phase 2 engineering support to the Contracting Authority.
